I really like these paintings, the watercolour food ones (have not had such a chance to check everything). I do think it is almost best when it is kind of “loose”, with lots of air and somehow allowing the watercolour to be.
I am just starting, but I am terrible, especially at actually getting proportions right, also practicing drawings. maybe if I continue in 10 years?
I love your sketches! How long does it take you to create one of these? And you do them everyday — sort of like writing in a journal? I love that idea . . .
Your paintings are fascinating! They remind me of The Grateful Dead’s music~ loose, and flowing, but able to capture a bit of the beauty and mystery of life! Thanks for posting these.
