Provencal jug and pear.

We have many pear trees and the horses love the pears. those that don’t get eaten by the horses we use to make cider, which is actually not my favorite thing. I think this year I will only eat the pears.

This painting is avalaible on my website, Ronell van Wyk

Bowl with grapes still life.

It is time for the grapes of autumn, my favorite being Muscat. the problem with grapes is that you don’t keep track of how much you eat and before you know it you have devoured bunch after bunch of sugar! That is exactly what happened to me when painting this still life. This little painting is 15×20 cm and is available on my website, Ronell van Wyk

Cup and two peaches still life.

The peaches are nearing the end of the season so I have to get in as much painting… and eating as possible. It is not a bad thing though. Autumn has its own wonderul fruit and vegetables to paint…and eat.
